Some words about my Dad

When I was Born March 15 , 1967 I never knew Id have the best dad on earth ! mom and dad split up when I was 2yrs old , daddy kidnapped me and ran off to california . But he brought me home to momma , and they were married for 35 years after that until momma passed away March 2nd 2001 of Breast cancer. Dad was a Marine Im so proud of him. He has worked everyday all his life to give his family what they need. We lived In Washington D.C. , He worked on the New FBI building one day when he was working , he fell 6 stories from the tall building and broke his back , but still that didn't stop my dad. He has a 10 inch scar on his back still today . He still worked everyday to provide for his family , He became a deputy sheriff in 1979 . He has done so much in his life. Here in Huntington he put on the memorial day parade every year until last year he was to sick to do it, He holds the christmas parade , The Marshall University Parades. He was in the Marine Corps League , and was leader of the toys for tots for several years.Hes the president of the City Of Hutington Planning Commision. Hes survivrd 5 hearts attacks and 7 Strokes .He is My Hero Hes My Daddy. I Will always be Daddys Little girl even when Im 90. That may sound kinda childish to you but to me my dads my life ! And now facing another surgery tomorrow , hes scared to tears. But I remind him everyday that Gods on his side ! but I still believe he is afraid . So tonight before I go to sleep I will ask God to watch over my dad for his surgery tomorrow , and I know he will he always does.......

...DADDY I LOVE U WITH ALL MY HEART .....DADDY ALWAYS TELL ME "CINDY I LOVE U WITH ALL ME HEART "

A POEM FOR DAD

A little girl needs her daddyTo love her with manly charm,To soothe her when she’s hurt,And keep her safe from harm.
A girl needs her dadTo show her a man who’s good,To help her make right choices,As only a father could.
A woman needs her fatherJust to be aware,He’ll always be there for herTo sustain her and to care.
You’ve been all these things, Dad.I hope that you can seeHow much I treasure you;You mean everything to me.
